Visiting my family's barrio always felt like home away from home. Hanging out with the titas, titos, kuyas, ates, and much more friends and family were always the best times. Singing karaoke, using the tabo, riding the jeepney and tricycles, and especially eating the food! I wanted to create a community with the same connection through apparel and accessories.

The primary unit in the hierarchy of Philippine local government is the barrio. The term, barrio, is employed to describe any and all sub-units of the municipalities which lie outside the poblacion (municipal center) as well as sub-divisions of some of the smaller chartered cities.
